Weekday booking offers equipment for up to 24 hours with a 10% discount. Consecutive 24 hours cost 60% of the rental price. Weekend bookings provide equipment for both Saturday and Sunday with Friday 3–9 PM pickup/delivery and Sunday 8 AM–9 PM drop-off. Soft play rentals exclude weekday discounts.

Complimentary delivery is available in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Outside areas are charged per our delivery map. Setup fee is $30 per item requiring assembly.

Outdoor events with adverse weather forecasts qualify for full refunds or rescheduling without fees. Cancellations and rescheduling require 72 hours notice; otherwise a $100 fee applies.

Timely modifications are accommodated free of charge; standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
