Please note that the prices for the TSSA-licensed bouncy castles are higher than our regular bouncy castles due to the additional safety inspections and certifications required by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) and installation being handled by a licensed mechanic.

TSSA-certified inflatables are the only permitted option for schools, festivals, corporate events, municipalities, churches, sports clubs, and any other event with over 100 attendees like weddings.
Yes. All TSSA-certified inflatables must be set up by our mechanic, so the price includes setup and takedown. Delivery might be extra depending on your event location.
Each inflatable has different space requirements. We need allowing at least 2 feet (60 cm) of clearance around all sides, plus additional space for blower access and safe entry and exit.
Capacity depends on the specific inflatable. We will provide the allowed occupancy limits for your selected unit - these need to be followed at all times for the event to stay compliant.
Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use. For larger public events, multiple attendants may be recommended depending on the inflatable specification.
Yes, provided there is sufficient space, ceiling clearance (for indoor venues), access to power, and a suitable surface for secure installation. We can help determine whether your venue is appropriate.
Safety is our priority. High winds, rain, or severe weather may require the inflatable to be delayed, cancelled, or deflated. We offer rescheduling or refunds in accordance with our weather policy.
