There are two types of rentals we provide: weekday and weekend rentals.

In case of a weekday booking, we offer our equipment for a period of up to 24 hours with a 10% discount of the price advertised.

In case you realize you require a longer rental period we can offer every consecutive 24 hours for a discounted rate of 60% of item rental cost.

In case of a weekend booking, we provide you with the equipment for both Saturdays and Sundays, self pick ups and deliveries usually take place on Friday, between 3 and 9 PM, and a self drop offs and delivery pick ups taking place on Sunday, between 8 AM and 9 PM.

The rental fee advertised is for a weekend rental, while weekday rental is 10% off.

Please note that the only exception to these conditions is our soft play that is only offered for one-day rental with same-day delivery and pick up with no weekday discount available.

Yes, we are happy to provide you with delivery and setup service for both weekday or a weekend rentals.

If you are located in Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge we offer a complimentary delivery service.

If you are located outside of the specified area, we might be able to deliver to you at an additional cost. You can refer to this delivery map for the delivery costs outside of the Waterloo Region:

Set up takes certain time, thus for most items we charge a fee of $30 per item that requires set up. Please contact us for more information or if you have questions.

We suggest that you book for your event as much in advance as you can, thus you can easily ensure that you will have everything you need for the event.

But no worries here, we have got a huge variety of equipment for you to choose from, we do not have order cut off or late booking surcharge and will do our best to find something available for your event even if you reach out a few days before the event.

In case your event is outdors and the forecast is calling for wind, rain, snow, or cold, we offer a fully refundable cancelation or no-fee rescheduling.
In case you need to cancel or reschedule your event - please let us know 72 hours before the event, otherwise, a cancelation/rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.

Please note that if you submit a booking request form - these rules still apply, since we process booking form automatically and an order gets created even if you were just thinking of checking price/availability. We recommend to use our quote request form if you aren't 100% sure about booking.

We rent pretty much anything for your child's party, and so much more for you to also have fun and enjoy your special events.

Whenever you are booking, we will always give you some instructions and advice on what you will need to pick up the equipment, but here is a short answer you may want to know prior to booking.

Most residential equpment pieces, like residential bouncy castles, regular food machines, and small arcade games are designed to fit into the trunk or interior of a small sedan or a hatchback. So, anything from a size of Nissan Micra or a Mini Cooper will be pretty much enough for a couple of equipment pieces.

Larger equipment, like commercial bounncy castles, commercial food machines, ice cream machines, and bumper cars is not going to fit in small cars mentioned above, so depending on the size of your booking, we would suggest coming in an SUV or a pick-up truck.

For other oversized equipment, like jumbo castles, or just large orders, we may suggest to order delivery or come in a van or a larger truck to fit it all in.

The installation process for both residential and commercial bouncy castles is super straightforward. You just need to follow these three simple steps:

1. Find a smooth plain spot in the place you plan to install the bouncy castle. Make sure the ground is clear of debris and sharp objects.
2. Roll out the bouncy castle from the bag and stretch it into a rectangular form using its' corners.
3. Hook up the air pump to the air funnel and turn it on.

You are all set! Now wait for 5 minutes and your bouncy castle is ready to have fun on.

You can do all the steps above all by yourself for both residential and commercial bouncy castles.
But we would suggest you use some help for the commercial castles as they are bigger and heavier, so you might risk injuring yourself if you do it alone.

Our machines are super easy to operate, even if it is your first time, so you can do it all yourself.

There are some specifics things to know before you operate certain machines, so we are going to show you operation steps and general rules when you come for the pick up.

Also, after you pick up the equipment, we are going to send you an email with file containing pictured instructions for your machine.

We do NOT charge security or booking deposits for our equipment, but in case you cancel not in a timely manner or damage our equipment - our Cancelation / Rescheduling and/or Damage Fees and Policies from our website and agreement would apply.

You are not going to be charged for damage which falls under the cateory of reasonable equipment wear and tear. Here are the damage examples, which would usually fall under wear&tear category:

1. Discolouring and/or paint cracking on the equipment.
2. Equipment loosing power or battery life time, because of regular use.
3. Change in visual appeal of equipment caused by regular use.
4. Equipment malfunction(s), caused by production mistake.

And here are the damage examples, which would NOT fall under reasonable wear&tear category, and applicable charges:

1. Discolouring and/or paint cracking on any equipment, caused by improper use, transportation, and/or water damage - 50% of the security deposit (if such is taken) or rental fee equivalent.
2. Exposing equipment to water and/or harsh weather conditions, unless allowed by equipment instructions and/or agreement - 50% of the security deposit (if such is taken) or rental fee equivalent.
3. Change in visual appeal of equipment caused by food, beverage, and/or blood stains - 50% of the security deposit (if such is taken) or rental fee equivalent.
4. Equipment loosing power or battery life time, caused by use of unsuitable charger/power cords/power surges - 50% of the security deposit (if such is taken) or rental fee equivalent.
5. Complete destruction, loss, or return of equipment, which can no longer be used or rented out - 100% of the security deposit (if such is taken) or rental fee equivalent.
