Soft Play Sets and Soft Playgrounds

Our soft play sets are designed specifically for children aged 1 to 5 years. They are perfect for birthday parties, daycare activities, or any event where toddlers need a safe and engaging play environment.

The capacity varies by the size of the set:

• Small soft play set: supports up to 6 kids playing simultaneously
• Medium soft playground: accommodates up to 8 children at the same time
• Large soft play & bouncy castle bundle: ideal for 8 to 12 toddlers playing together

These numbers ensure enough space for active play and safe supervision.

Soft play equipment can be installed indoors or outdoors on any flat, stable, and dry surface. The exact space depends on the number of kids attending as well as set size, so please consider enough clearance around the play area for safety. We offer two rental options for our soft playground sets that are different from our regular rentals:

• 6-Hour Rentals: equipment is available for up to 6 hours of actual play time without extra fees. The time starts at the moment our delivery team leaves.
• Full Day Rentals: equipment will be available for use for the full day with delivery available early in the morning and pick up before 9 PM on the same day.

Extensions beyond these periods are possible upon request for an additional fee.

We provide delivery and professional installation with the following conditions:

• Free delivery and soft play set up is included within the Kitchener-Waterloo Region, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas.
• For locations beyond this region, delivery is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated based on your address / location.

Yes, self-installation is possible if you have:

• A flat, dry, and even surface such as carpet, hardwood floor, or concrete.
• Sufficient space cleared of obstacles, rocks, or other debris.
• An environment protected from inclement weather (if set up is outdoors).

Adult supervision during playtime is always required to ensure children’s safety.

Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 7 days before the event. For later cancellations, we offer partial refunds or free rescheduling, depending on circumstances.
