● Regular food machines can serve up to 50 people.
● Commercial-grade concession machines are ideal for 50+ guests, making them the best option for larger events where high capacity and serving speed are is important.

Food machines are compact and can be set up indoors or outdoors on any flat, stable surface. The amount of space you’ll need depends on the number of guests and how you plan to organize the serving area.

If you're looking to rent food machines in the Waterloo Region or Greater Toronto Area, we offer flexible rental options:

● Weekday rentals: Equipment is provided for up to 24 hours.
● Weekend rentals: Rentals can be kept for the whole weekend, with deliveries starting as early as Friday evening and pick-ups available on Friday (9 AM – 9 PM), and returns are due Monday (9 AM – 6 PM).

Extended rental periods are available on request — contact us to find the best solution for your event.

Absolutely! Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a big event, we’re happy to help you choose the right machines. If you're looking to rent food machines near me or organizing a larger function, we can also offer custom party bundles or event packages.

● Free delivery and setup are available within Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and nearby areas.
● If you’re located outside of this region, please contact us — we can arrange delivery for an additional fee, depending on your proximity. You can refer to our delivery map for pricing based on your location.

Yes, setup is easy and user-friendly:

● Plug into a standard 15AMP or more outlet (110V / 15AMP)
● Remove the provided ingredients from inside the machine and prepare them.
● Follow the included instructions

If you're looking for a convenient and hassle-free food machine rental, where you do not have to do anything yourself - ask us about our food machine attendant service available for an additional fee of $30/hour.

● We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least one week in advance.
● For shorter notice, we’re happy to help you reschedule or partially refund you based on your situation.
